The people who work at Hermosa Naturals® are the bridge between Indigenous botanical knowledge and the rigorous demands of modern global cosmetic markets. The Local Team pillar commits to fair compensation, professional development, and working conditions that reflect the same values the brand applies to its supply chain partnerships.
This includes investment in scientific training for the team members who conduct in vitro studies and manage certification and quality documentation. The quality of the science behind Hermosa Naturals® ingredients is directly tied to the quality of the team that produces it.
Pillar 03 — Origin
Local Production — 100% Taiwan-Origin Supply Chain
The Local Production pillar commits to maintaining every stage of production within Taiwan — from local farming and raw material cultivation, through extraction, processing, quality testing, and documentation. No production stage is offshored.
This is not only an ethical position — it is a quality control mechanism. End-to-end Taiwan production means that the sourcing integrity established at the farming stage is maintained through every subsequent step. Traceability is not retrospective; it is built into the supply chain structure.
